Shipping of your order in the United Kingdom and Ireland is free for purchases from €50,-.
Shipping costs for orders under €50:
UNITED KINGDOM
DHL: £4,99. Ordered on working days until 22.00: shipped the same day.
IRELAND
DHL: £7,99 (ordered until 22.00: shipped the same day). Delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with a purchase, in most cases, you can return it. Sam & Julia follows these rules:
- You don't have to give a reason for the return and request for a refund.
- Sam & Julia receives the product back within 14 days after purchase.
- The product is unused and in new condition.
- The customer pays for the return shipping.
- Upon receipt, Sam & Julia transfers the product price to your account. Note: this is the product price excluding shipping costs.
Don't forget to include the invoice, your address, and account number with the return package!
